一:简介
HJ-350-50CS系统由控制器(HJ-350KZ)+超声波传感器(HJ-350CS)+执行器(HJ-350ZX)组成,广泛应用在纺织、印刷、包装、造纸、轮胎、钢铁等各种卷材行业,不需要电阻电容换向,在使用过程中真正做到了终身免维护,寿命更长;交流同步电机速度一般就固定在60转或115转,而我们这款电机速度可调,5转到250转可根据实际使用来调整,从而达到最佳跟踪效果。完全取代常用的油压纠偏系统和齿轮齿条纠偏系统,而且克服了油压纠偏系统漏油及要经常维护、齿轮齿条纠偏系统不能调整纠偏速度的弊端。

三:应用技术参考
放卷和收卷纠偏:在生产过程中物料通常是以卷筒的形式提供的,物料会 产生横向偏移,放卷和收卷纠偏用于解决此类问题。
放卷纠偏:放卷纠偏时,传感器装在机器支架上,在物料产生偏移时,通常 调整小车的横向位置,使得物料更加准确无误的进入机器,确保其在预设位置
收卷纠偏:收卷纠偏时,传感器装在小车上,跟随小车一起运动,收卷小车根 据进料调整横向位置,确保收卷齐整。

1. Brief Introduction
HJ-350-50CS System consists of Controller (HJ-350KZ), Ultrasonic wave sensor (HJ-350CS) and actuator (HJ-350ZX). It is widely used in textile, Printing, Packing, Papermaking, tyre and steel coiled material Industries. It doesn’t need to change direction of resistor and capacitor, thus get a lifelong maintain during working and life will be longer. Usually, the speed of AC Synchronous Motor is fixed in 60rolls/min or 115rolls/min. But the motor speed of this model can be adjusted from 5 rolls to 250 rolls one min ( adjusted according to actual requirements) to ensure the best tracing effect. It is entirely replaced oil hydraulic correction system and Gear-Rack correction system——not only overcome oil leak and maintain all times of oil hydraulic correction, but also overcome the shortcoming (the correction speed can’t be adjusted) of Gear-Rack correction system.

3. Applied Technology for reference
Correction of winding and unwinding:Usually the materials are rolls in working process; It will be used to solve the problem that rolls lateral shift.
Unwinding Correction: When Unwinding,the sensor is installed in Installation bracket. When the rolls get some shifts, please adjust the lateral position of lateral movement to get a unmistakable rolls into machines and keeps preset position.
Winding Correction: When winding,the sensor is installed in lateral movement unit and work together with the lateral movement unit, The lateral movement will adjust lateral position according to rolls to ensure the smooth and neat end face of winding.
